Role and Responsibilities Work closely with the office and field staff to make sure paperwork flows smoothly in accordance with construction stages and installation - Pull selections from customer portals - Upload granite packet including drawings, floor plans, etc - Enter estimates in QuickBooks - Update Moraware daily - Create work orders for Installers - Invoice jobs - Enter payroll in QuickBooks - Answer phones and filing - Any other duties deemed appropriate for the position Duties are not set-in stone and will be modified as needed from time to time* Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Must be organized and have a keen eye for detail. Preferred Skills Time management, intermediate knowledge of QB and Microsoft products. Able to use critical thinking to make the best decisions.
