Temporary Reception & Accounting Clerk
We are seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls
Ensure night support phone coverage is working
Update job ticket software with incoming issues
Open, and code incoming mail
Receive the deliveries
Data entry in Quickbooks
Date entry in Excel spreadsheets
Order supplies
Perform other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
