TUSA is hiring customer service representatives! We're a local SCUBA equipment manufacturer in Long Beach and have been here in the same location since 1978. We're a small, but mighty team and we are looking for our next team member.

If you have experience in an office environment in a similar type of position, we want to speak to you!

Some of the job functions this position is expected to perform are:

• Phones, Order Entry, Invoicing, Reporting, Issue RMA's
• Work with internal & external team members
• Answer general & customer email inquiries
• General Office duties

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years similar experience in an office environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, data entry.
• High School Diploma, 45+ WPM.
• Spanish speaking a plus!
