We are looking for a Shift Leader to join the family! The primary purpose of a Shift Leader is to sustain an organization which provides exterior-only wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.

THE JOB

• Treat our guests like family
• Work cooperatively with other team members and share tasks to achieve goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Learn new skills while working on the job, including mechanical tasks and operational functions
• Ensure customer satisfaction with each car serviced
• Provide leadership to other team members
• Run car wash when Manager or Assistant Manager are not onsite
• Handle issues as needed from a management perspective when other leaders are not available
• Open and close the car wash
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

 THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool Diploma
• Available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 
• Able to work with mechanical parts - aptitude for hands-on work.
• Customer service experience required.
• Car wash industry experience is great, but not required - training will be provided.
