    Summer 2026 TV Casting Internship:

    • Program Dates: June 8 - August 14, 2026

    • Time Commitment: Full Time (40 hours per week)

    • Format: In Person

    Responsibilities: "What would you say you do here?”

    DreamWorks Animation is seeking a Casting Intern for its TV division. The Intern will gain knowledge of the casting and voice producing process in television animation, working closely with the Casting and Talent Relations Directors.

    • Working with productions to pull sides and assist in distributing them to agents.

    • Save off auditions

    • Work with the Casting Assistant to update lists with headshots, agencies and credits.

    • Assist Talent Relations with any recording session prep work (checking studio availability, getting materials signed by talent, ordering meals, etc).

    • Assist the Casting Team with editing auditions and audio samples.

    • Submit Drive Ons and escort talent & guests for department guests, meetings and recording sessions.

    • Work with the Casting Assistant to prep meeting rooms for presentations and casting meetings.

    Basic Qualifications: “What do I need to have in order to do this job?”

    • Candidates should be self-motivated and be team players who take initiative.

    • Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and have the ability to prioritize multiple requests with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Candidates must have experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Word and Excel, Google suite including Gmail, and Adobe Acrobat.

    • Candidates should have a working knowledge of industry players, up and coming and well known talent.

    • Must have strong writing, communication and presentation skills.

    • Must be comfortable communicating with agency and executive assistants (via email and phone calls)..

    • Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • Must be willing to work in Glendale, California

    • Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation

    • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

    • TV/Film/Media majors preferred, but all candidates will be considered as long as they have an interest in Casting and/or Talent Relations and Animation/TV/Film/Media.

    Hourly Rate: $17.87

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
