TWE is continuing to expand successfully, we are seeking an experienced Shipping Associate for our Fort Wayne, IN. location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The shipping/receiving individual will be primarily responsible for staging and processing shipping loads; processing paperwork and loading trucks according to TWE standards. The shipping/receiving associate will also need to maintain warehouse organization and assist with Production as needed.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

• Stage Loads to ship using schedule provided by Materials Lead.
• Organize and maintain Finished Goods Inventory in Warehouse.
• Process Shipping Paperwork and maintain required.
• Load Drop Trailers and assist production as needed.
• Ensure materials are in proper inventory locations.
• Adhere and comply with ISO quality procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math skills such as add/subtract/multiply/divide.
• Employee is regularly required to stand and walk throughout a the scheduled shift
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require.
• The employee must be able to lift 30 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally and infrequently 75+ pounds with assistance.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
