    PRIMARY RESPONSBILITY:

    The CMMS Administrator is responsible for providing ongoing operational and technical support of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operation across assigned client accounts and provides technical oversight of applicable reporting systems and processes. This position has responsibility for continuous improvement and development, data query and validation, reporting functions, and operational training on applications associated with CMMS operations while routinely interacting and collaborating with multiple departments to support other technology applications and data management. This position will also work closely with the Maintenance department to provide support, troubleshoot, and guidance on certain maintenance projects.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Follow, and insure all team members follow all Safety Guidelines & Procedures (i.e. LOTO, Guarding)

    • Collaborate with technicians to identify, define, or solve problems.

    • Work with technicians to order parts for projects and keep stock for the shop.

    • Maintain inventory and place parts in the required areas.

    • Perform inventory as needed and maintain required records.

    • Communicates regularly with other departments regarding equipment maintenance and prioritization.

    • Conduct continuous monitoring of production and process equipment for proper operation.

    • Work with management to inform them of malfunctions or issues.

    • Assist the technicians to disassemble mechanical equipment and tools, repair or replace worn or broken parts, and reassemble as needed.

    • Assist installation or rearrangement of machinery or equipment, testing, and validation of new product equipment.

    • Assist coworkers with production or other tasks as requested including providing technical assistance on the lines.

    • Perform housekeeping of maintenance and production areas as needed.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years of experience working in manufacturing. Experience working with maintenance software and Microsoft Excel preferred. Nonwovens and/or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple or detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to respond appropriately to correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization.

    MATHEMATICAL & COMPUTER SKILLS: Perform basic math skill with ability to add /subtract /multiply/divide. Basic familiarity with data entry.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to touch, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work overtime or weekends when business demands warrant a 24-7 continuous operation.

Occasional mandatory overtime which may include Saturdays/Sundays. Working at heights and limited space areas at times is possible. Dust can be high when performing preventative maintenance activities.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee must not wear any loose fitting clothing that may get in the way of the moving machinery. The employee is occasionally exposed to seasonal related heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
