    Job Description

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Scan documents and input into management system.
    • Daily processing of agent submissions and ensure proper posting to agency management system.
    • Input policy payment information into management system and check recreation system.
    • Enter data from agency bill statements into management system.
    • Reconcile MGA statements to internal agency management system and commissions payable.
    • Reconcile, process and review Direct Bill statements for payment.
    • Prepare commission statements from carrier websites into Excel spreadsheets for processing.
    • Email/telephone response to agents and carriers about various policy questions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Accounting/Bookkeeping experience a plus
    • Experience with Agency Bill accounting, preferred
    • Process oriented and detailed; ability to organize/prioritize
    • 1-2 years of data entry experience
    • Microsoft Word and Excel proficient; 10-key
    • Personable phone skills
    • High school diploma or GED
