JOB DESCRIPTION
Position involves typing information into electronic formats, using word processing, spreadsheets, or specific software. Work will initiate from hardcopy paper format into spreadsheets and from spreadsheets into software applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and sorting documents
- Inputting data and checking to ensure accuracy
- Resolving discrepancies in information
- Creating backups as part of a contingency plan
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Responding to internal information request
- Efficiently manage a large amount of information
- Ability to perform repetitive task with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity
- Complete additional assigned tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with high accuracy
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- High Level of Concentration
- Good Organizational Skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Self-Motivated Individual
- Able to pass a skills assessment test
- Involves data collection in the pastures for very short periods of time, spaced throughout the year.
