TWSPC, Ltd. is located in Athens, GA. We are seeking a part-time Accounting professional (student or graduate) to work in our office beginning May 2022 (start date flexible) with the possibility of extension of employment/internship into the 2022 Fall semester and beyond. This position will be focused on one of our 3 major areas: shopping center accounting, personal music business accounting, and restaurant franchise accounting. This position is a part-time position, requiring at least 20-25 hours per week. Starting pay will be set at $15.00/hour with opportunities for increases based on performance. Position: Accounting (Part-Time) General Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the input of data (sales journals, credit card receipts, invoices and general journal entries) into our accounting software, Quickbooks. This position will handle a wide variety of information, and assist management with daily, weekly and monthly recurring tasks. Job Responsibilities (General): Download and enter sales journals from online platform, allocate to specific stores/locations Enter incoming invoices related to store franchise operations or shopping center management Download and import bi-weekly payroll files, create paychecks Update various area specific spreadsheets Assist with CAM reconciliation as needed for shopping centers Assist management with various ongoing and ad hoc projects
