Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Texas Escrow Officer at our new Dallas, TX location. This is a brand new role as we get started in Texas.

The Escrow Officer will manage escrow accounts, handling closings and processing. Tasks will include coordinating with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth transactions, preparing escrow instructions, and ensuring all documents comply with legal requirements. The role requires excellent customer service skills to manage client interactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.

Qualifications

• Texas Escrow Manager License
• Experience in conducting Closings and managing Escrow accounts
• Notary skills and a strong understanding of Residential Real Estate transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills for managing client interactions
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Proficiency in escrow software and industry best practices
