We are looking for an organized individual to help provide administrative support to the CEO. In this role, you will assist with overseeing and executing short- and long-term projects and provide updates up until completion. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.

Salary $70,000-$75,000

**Duties & Responsibilities: **

• Work collaboratively with the executive suites and team to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Complete any necessary administrative or delegated tasks in a timely manner
• Track and maintain multiple calendars and meetings to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain office systems including data management and filing
• Micromanage projects and provide updates on a daily basis
• Screen phone calls and relay any necessary information accordingly to ensure follow-up as needed
• Field requests from other departments
• Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
• Maintain accurate data in order to present the necessary information to the rest of the team
• Summarize meeting notes in an outline format
• Able to work in a diverse environment (working in office/admin as needed and within warehouse depending on the task at hand)
• Meet with vendors and clients and assist in ensuring their needs are met.

• Ability to anticipate needs based on verbal or non-verbal clues
• Ability to do research independently and provide options for executive approval
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
