THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE
GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST:
The Customer Success Specialist will be the primary, post sales and installation, point-of-contact with clients who have purchased our charitable gaming/food and beverage point of sale software. The agent will be critical to the long-term success of the Customer Success team by establishing strong, on-going, relationships with each customer. The agent will be instrumental in troubleshooting incoming hardware/software support calls.
IMPORTANT:
This is a 100% remote position. You will need to have a home office or similar space with no background noise and hard-wired high-speed internet access.
