TabulaRasa Integrative Health Inc. has openings for those seeking a placements site. We provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We service those from age 5 and older.

Our practice is located in Gurnee, Illinois and is open Monday-Friday 8am -8pm. We offer in-person and virtual sessions and you create your own schedule. We work with many school in the area and are willing to complete a site agreement with your school.
