  • Responsibilities

    Provides related administrative support to branch operations.  Responsible for assembling and running reports out of the automated sales management system related to Branch Operations.  Validates incentives reports for accuracy and adherance to compliance policies and procedures and obtains appropriate approvals prior to payouts.   Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to branch managers by completing and monitoring various reports. Provides high quality and professional service to internal members. Performs clerical and administrative support functions to credit union personnel. Responsible for performing member onboarding and tracking for branches, includes outbound phone calls.

    • Well organized. • Attentive to detail. • Good proofreading skills. • Ability to learn report writing software. • Ability to work with large databases; and work with reports. • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude. • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate well with others and make formal presentations. • Must be able to demonstrate established competency levels for all required regulatory or compliance-related processes and/or procedures within established timeframes of appointment. • Ability to converse with members in both English and Spanish preferred.

    Required Experience

    • Total 2 years’ experience in branch operations in a financial institution. and/or 2 years’ experience in MRM or CRM administration preferred. Prior knowledge of IRA processes preferred.

    High School Diploma or equivalent
