We are looking for a great long-term fit to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of personal injury lawsuits and find deep satisfaction and enjoyment in working on behalf of individuals and families. Leadership skills, independence, and kindness are requirements. You would be responsible for working with the office staff to manage your own caseload of cases in the pre-litigation and litigation phases. There will be numerous client meetings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. There will be very little downtime, however, there will rarely be a week that would require you to work beyond the regular business hours. This is a good opportunity for a person who loves the work and the clients but also wants evenings and weekends to themselves. This is an in-person position in Tacoma, do not apply and ask if you can work from home.
