    JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

    FLSA STATUS: NON -EXEMPT

    REPORTS TO: MANAGER, CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE

    LOCATION: TACORI OFFICE

    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    This position will be responsible for playing a major role in our online end-to-end customer service, support and satisfaction

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    CUSTOMER CONNECT (VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS)

    • Structure, strategy and execution of online promotions including virtual appointments with clients (Customer Connect).
    • Creating the calendar of events.
    • Exceeds customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude.
    • Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.
    • Demonstrates timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests and commitments.
    • Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation of product on website.

    CONSUMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

    • Answering consumer inquiries via phone, email, live chat
    • Addressing inquires & issues in an accurate & timely manner
    • Carry out clientele relationship development project

    E-COMMERCE ORDER, EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REPAIRS PROCESSING

    • Sales Order review & processing
    • Review & investigate potential fraud issues.
    • Capture payment in Magento
    • Respond to consumer RA requests (review/approve)
    • Communicate with consumer regarding approvals/ repair assessment/quotes
    • Promotional & Private Sale Oversight (preparation, execution, daily updates)

    SHIPPING CONFIRMATION MANAGEMENT

    • Coordinate shipping activity with consumers
    • Submit shipment notifications to consumer
    • Track shipments through to delivery

    SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY

    • Navision/Magento Accounting Accuracy
    • System issue troubleshooting & resolution (in partnership with Digital PM)
    • Participate in system UAT activity in Navision & Magento
