ABOUT THE EVENT SPECIALIST POSITION

We are looking for an Event Specialist that will collaborate
with the event sales strategy at Tacori. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Focusing specifically on growing the special events database to increase and maximize revenue. The Event Specialist will also provide support on the detailing and planning of events.
This position requires a significant amount of travel and weekends.
_ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: _

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor degree preferred or 3-5 years managerial retail experience.
2-4 years' experience in sales and customer service.
Possess excellent client service, relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail and brand staff.
Motivated by challenge and thrive working in high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Possess knowledge of basic computer skills and mobile devices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving. Formal presentation skills
Ability to work independently and a self-starter.
Must be willing to travel 50% - 65% of time.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Performs other duties and assignments as directed by leadership.
