Job Requirement: Combat-Force Proponent – Fielding Process (CFP-FP) Support to HQ SpOC/S35D CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Position Title: Tactical Operations Leader (Senior)
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Capability Team (ICT) Coordination:
Assist the Weapon System Lead (WSL) in establishing ICTs and determining which Force Generation Elements (FGE) will be actioned through the CFP-FP process in accordance with SPOCMAN13-604 and SPFI13-604_SPOCSUP.
Coordinate with ICT members to ensure accurate status of delivery, operational transition, sustainment, and disposition of concepts and capabilities being delivered for FGEs.
CFP-FP Updates:
Execute semi-annual CFP-FP update briefings for each assigned weapon system identified as an FGE in the CFP-FP process.
Provide recurring and ad hoc status updates, including presentation development and delivery of material.
Program Tag-Up Support:
Participate and lead HQ SpOC/S35D program tag-ups, provide documentation to support engagements, and capture and disseminate tag-up notes.
ICT Meeting Facilitation:
Facilitate HQ SpOC/S35D program ICT meetings, including sending out meeting invites, setting up conference rooms, and establishing VTC connections.
Capture ICT meeting notes and disseminate them to the Government lead.
Qualifications: Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Education: May possess a bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, fielding processes, or operational support within a government or military environment.
Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA) weapon systems and Force Generation Elements (FGE) processes is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and task management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working with Integrated Capability Teams (ICTs) and Force Generation Elements (FGEs).
Knowledge of SPOCMAN13-604 and SPFI13-604_SPOCSUP processes.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Note: This position requires strict adherence to security protocols and may involve occasional travel to support operational requirements.
