    Quick Auto Tags is a licensed DMV registration services office located in Jurupa Valley. Our company offers convenience & time savings - we aim for the 5 star review all the time. We are seeking an experienced , detail-oriented Title Clerk/ Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.The ideal candidate for this position requires a strong customer service backround, strong research skills and experience with the vehicle titling and registration process in accordance with DMV rules and regulations.

    Shift: Mon - Fri, Rotating Saturdays

    Full Time: 40 Hours per week

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Valid driver's license

    Minimum two year experience in DMV transaction/paperwork processing

    Knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations

    Commercial registration experience a plus

    Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills

    Basic office skills and computer software skills required

    Interpersonal skills and effective communication a must

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

    Data entry skills

    Telephone skills

    Spanish bilingual a plus

    Team player

    Our team processes a variety of transactions. These transaction types include the following:

    Registration renewals

    Title transfers

    Commercial Vehicle Titling and Registration

    Replacement Titles

    Replacement inventory (new stickers, new plates, new registration cards)

    Issue permits

    Perform VIN Verifications

    Help with complicated transactions, such as title reconstructions, diligent efforts and lien sale re- egistrations.

    Process documents for vehicle titling and registration, and ensure all transactions are fully accurate and compliant.

    Our clientele varies, but usually consists of :

    Walk-in Individuals

    Car dealerships

    Commercial fleets

    Candidate will be responsible for the following:

    Answering phone calls, emails and texts from prospective & existing clients

    Making appointments for our VIN verification customers

    Performing VIN verifications

    Work as a team with our other team members to complete pending tasks

    Ensuring costumer's documentation is accurate, complete and compliant

    Prior to your hire, you will be tested on your level of your knowledge & experience - wage will be determined based on results from such competencies. There is a two step interview process for candidates that are considered for hire.
