Job Summary
Established Orange County Residential Contracting Company is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. The right candidate will have at least 3 years carpentry experience other construction skills a plus but not necessary. Tasks will include installing in home closet organizing systems and garage cabinets.We supply all vehicles and tools. This position is full time Mon-Fri 40 hours + a week. Responsibilities
Complete installations and shop work in a professional manner assuring company quality safety and gross profit standards are met
Assure the safety and protection of customer’s property and job site
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office personnel
Be responsible for collection of final payment
Solicit referrals and reviews
Train and supervise partner(s) on an on-going basis
Conduct service requests as needed
Turn in neat and accurate payroll and work order sheets
Be responsible for tools and equipment assigned to him/her
Be responsible for company’s vehicle appearance and safe operation including general maintenance, washing and restocking supplies, etc.
Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform at all times
Always follow all company policies
Qualifications
Carpentry: 3 year (Preferred)
Clean driving record with valid drivers license
General construction knowledge
Able to lift over 50 pounds
