 Marketing Operations Manager / Marketing Manager--

San Francisco, Fremont, Menlo Park, CA 

12 Months contract 

 Duties: 

Management and optimization of Highspot and Outreach.io platforms (platforms used for content management and sales enablement). Work with stakeholders in rollout, enhancements, training and deployment of new features to support business needs.  Program management and optimization of Leads Management program (oversight of lead gen processes and lead routing, implement adjustments, report on results).  Events Marketing and email campaigns execution.  Web Publishing  Qualifications 

3+ years Marketing operations managing and configuring marketing platforms  Experience rolling out new marketing tools/solutions and setting new processes.  Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders (marketing, sales, technical, legal)  Highspot or other sales enablement systems experience (Seismic, ClearSlide, HubSpot Sales Hub or Showpad)  Skills and Experience: 

Required 

Highspot or other sales enablement systems experience (Seismic, ClearSlide, HubSpot Sales Hub or Showpad).  Configuring marketing platforms  Preferred Skill 

Optimizing lead management and marketing & sales alignment. Experience in lead routing, scoring, enrichment and reporting (Salesforce or similarly CRM)  Outreach.io (sales enablement or similar)  Email campaign operations (Marketo or similar Marketing automation)  Web events systems (campaigns and operations)  Content Management systems (content organization, management and publishing)  Experience on project management (Asana or others)  Highly analytical with experience using analytic tools  Excellent communicator  Fast Learner – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly  ABM experience  Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen  Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree Required
