RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with onboarding and ongoing support of our Liquidity Access Line Lending product
• Loan origination, loan document review, document management
• Researching issues and delivering resolution to our field partners
• Accepting phone calls and emails from field partners
• Participation/Testing of old and current projects
• Help develop process improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE:

• Resourceful and dedicated candidate with 2-4 years of work experience
• Adaptable team player
• Demonstrated track record of achievement with the ability to take initiative in a challenging environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
• Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
• Bachelor's degree in business related field
• Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines, strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical skills and ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
• Familiarity with the financial markets and current regulatory landscape
