Position Title: Country Director Support Services – Taiwan Program Advisor
Location: National Capital Region (Pentagon), with CONUS/OCONUS Travel Clearance Required: Active Secret (TS/SCI eligible preferred) Start Date: August 2025 (anticipated)
Position Overview:
Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC, an SDVOSB, WOSB, and EDWOSB-certified federal contractor, is seeking a senior-level Program Advisor to support the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA). This position will serve as a Country Director Support Advisor for Taiwan-related Foreign Military Sales (FMS), security cooperation, and international engagement activities.
This role will be critical in helping shape and oversee U.S. Air Force and interagency efforts aligned with U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives. You will act as a key liaison between SAF/IA and senior stakeholders in DoD, DSCA, and the Government of Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary support to the SAF/IARP Country Director overseeing the Taiwan portfolio
Track and coordinate FMS case activity, funding, and program milestones in coordination with DSCA, AFLCMC, and USINDOPACOM
Develop and maintain program records, action trackers, briefings, and decision documents
Facilitate communication and coordination with internal/external stakeholders across DoD and interagency partners
Assist in drafting political-military assessments, security cooperation documents, and international agreements
Prepare high-level correspondence, meeting read-aheads, and presentation materials
Provide support for travel coordination, meeting logistics, and reporting
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years’ experience supporting DoD or federal security cooperation/international affairs programs
Active Secret clearance required
Demonstrated experience with FMS, DSCA processes, or SAF/IA operations
Strong knowledge of DoD organizational structure, program planning, and classified workflow management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior leaders
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% annually
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Security Studies, or related field
Experience working with the Government of Taiwan or Indo-Pacific regional partners
Familiarity with G-TSCMIS, SCIP, or other FMS systems
TS/SCI clearance or recent SCI access
