    Job Description

    Take Flight Learning is looking for a full-time individual to provide customer support for our growing business. This person will mainly be responsible for interacting with our clients who are utilizing our personality assessments. From administering profiles behind the scenes to answering client questions as they arise, this individual will play a key role in helping people learn about themselves and improve the most important relationships in their lives.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilize industry specific software to administer online assessments and our LMS (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you.)
    • Work directly with clients coordinating and tracking online assessments
    • Fulfill orders for clients who purchase our online assessments
    • Answer customer questions in a timely manner via email, phone and Zoom

     

    QUALITIES

    • Detail-oriented: Quality is critical. This role connects our customers with our products and services.
    • Multi-Tasker: If you like keeping busy, this role is for you. Lots of things will be coming at you and you must be able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Customer-service oriented: Our clients love us because we are responsive and helpful. You need to be too.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook): You need to know your way around a computer.
    • Work independently: We are not micromanagers. We will support and help you to be successful. You need to be able to organize your time and priorities.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Office customer service experience.
    • LMS experience.
