Bettolino Kitchen is a family-owned California-Italian restaurant in Riviera Village known for warm hospitality, great food, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Takeout Server / Door Host to be the first point of contact for our guests and help manage our takeout orders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a great guest experience. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. • Seating guests at tables • Managing the flow of reservations • Answering phone calls • Bagging up orders • Greeting guest • Assisting with bussing tables and side work • Welcome fellow employees and guests when they enter the restaurant • Answer phone calls and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Manage all reservations • Managing the flow of reservations • Answering phone calls • Bagging up orders • Greeting guest • Assisting with bussing tables and side work Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Compensation: $15.50 hourly plus tips
