We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, creative, and dedicated individual to join our Incontinence Product sales team in the Southern California area. This sales team sells incontinence products that are used in hospitals. Healthcare personnel care, local retailers, and pharmacy.
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, dedicated professional with a desire to increase sales and projection goals.
Lucrative Incentive Driven Earnings Potential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- · Calling on industries or facilities that currently sell or have a need for our product.
- · Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales.
- · Establishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- · Presenting/selling new products and maintaining existing business
- · Team building among peers to ensure collaboration across the continuum of care
- · Leadership skills and ability to “close the deal”
- · Preparing bids and price quotes.
- · Cold calling with the intent to develop new markets and customer base
Education
- · Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant Work Experience
- · 1+ years business to business, outside sales experience required.
- · Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- · Ability to find and develop new customers and markets.
- · Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- · Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
