Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the recruitment process by helping to identify, engage, and attract top talent for various positions within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their recruiting skills and contribute to building a strong team that aligns with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to network and promote our employer brand.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support employer branding initiatives and outreach strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, internships, or HR-related positions is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on candidate engagement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
