_S_O, WHAT WILL THE SUPERINTENDENT DO?

As the Superintendent you will manage daily project operations in order to ensure that project goals are met within the allowed timeframe.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE FOR THE SUPERINTENDENT?

Although no two days will be the same, you will:

• Work with other employees to negotiate contract changes with subcontractors.
• Review project proposals or plans to determine the timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project and available resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures as well as contract plans and specifications.
• Responsible for and assisting with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for the project: including safety, resources, performance, budget, scheduling, equipment management, quality, and risk analysis.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU LOOK FOR?

YOU MIGHT BE THE SUPERINTENDENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's/Associates degree in Construction/Business Management preferred.
• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience in the Multifamily ground-up industry (Projects $20-60+MM).
• 5+ years of Lead Superintendent of site-construction experience required in mid-rise Multifamily industry (Projects $20-60+MM).
• Previous experience with Student Housing, Garden Style, Wrap, Podium Style MF projects.
