Talent Acquisition Concepts is seeking exceptional WEB DESIGNER to join a team in Bethesda, MD. The WEB DESIGNER will be responsible for developing applications based on current, new and future net-based applications.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE FOR THE WEB DESIGNER?

• Design and develop user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements under general supervision,
• Contribute to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings.
• Design the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications.
• Develop applications based on current, new, and future net-based applications.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU LOOK FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• 2+ years of graphics and design experience as well as HTML knowledge.
• Must be a creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to understand and achieve goals and anticipate client needs.
