    WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE FOR THE GENERAL CLERK?

    • Perform clerical and administrative duties for FPS Region 10 staff.
    • Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence.
    • Prepare routine non-technical correspondence.
    • Make arrangements for conferences and meetings and assemble established background materials as directed.
    • Attend and take minutes/notes on meetings' activities and distribute minutes to appropriate personnel.
    • Compile, maintain, review, and update data, lists and reports.
    • Monitor, coordinate, and maintain a variety of records.
    • Back up the Administrative Clerk in Auburn, WA when needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU LOOK FOR?

    • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a General Clerk.
    • Professional experience with Microsoft Windows office programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint) and Adobe programs.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
