Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the recruiting process from candidate outreach and scheduling through onboarding, while helping identify top talent for both internship and full-time opportunities. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, you will provide administrative and operational support to leadership and assist with day-to-day office coordination. You will work closely with the leadership team to support hiring initiatives, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications • Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms • Review resumes and assist with candidate sourcing efforts • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records • Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and communication between candidates and hiring managers • Help manage shared calendars, meeting logistics, and conference room scheduling • Assist with employee files, data entry, and maintaining confidential records • Coordinate internal communications and distribute company updates as needed • Assist with organizing company meetings, training sessions, recruiting events, and team initiatives • Help maintain office procedures and support day-to-day operational workflows • Respond to general office inquiries and provide administrative assistance across departments • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned • Help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout daily interactions Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). • 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive attitude. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Calendly).
