    **** Position Description

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting our recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to coordinate and streamline all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Major Areas of Responsibility

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
    • Back up the Human Resource Coordinator when needed with the HR Service Center emails and phone calls.
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and job fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
    • Assist in preparing interview materials and candidate profiles for interview panels.
    • Track and update candidate status in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an efficient hiring workflow.
    • Create and maintain job postings on various platforms, including the company website and job boards.
    • Assist in screening resumes and initial candidate assessments as needed.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires once offers are accepted.
    • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company throughout the recruitment process.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related administrative role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

    Work Requirements

    • Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality.
    • Ability to effectively work in a team environment while still completing independent work tasks/assignments.
    • Strong aptitude with technology including proficiency or the ability to become proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP (our HRIS), and recruiting tools/websites available online (such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs.
    • Ability to meet all functional requirements including, but not limited to sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, bending, squatting, finger dexterity, and reaching above/below shoulders.

    Special Position Requirements

    • This position requires travel up to 10% of the time primarily for recruiting events and relationship building
