  • Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides high-level recruitment support and pre-boarding/on-boarding tasks for the Talent Acquisition Team. Partnering with recruiters and other HR Coordinators to process candidates through the hiring process, as well as moving candidates through the pre-boarding and on-boarding efforts leading up their first day of employment. Acts as a point of contact to candidates and interviewers regarding interviews and last-minute changes to interview schedules when needed. Providing touch points with candidates to ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed and submitted. Working with candidates to troubleshoot issues with DocuSign and other onboarding documents.

    ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES

    • Coordinates and arranges candidate interviews, travel and expense reimbursement
    • Helps candidates arrange travel, process credit card authorization forms and candidate reimbursement forms
    • Interfaces with the interview teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments
    • Preps interview packets and debrief materials
    • Greets candidates, provides hospitality, and ensures the interview day experience is seamless
    • Works with candidates managing the offer documents and onboarding documents
    • Coordinates and monitors new hire onboarding requirements in HR System
    • Completes tasks and files required documents appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Works with internal HR and Talent Acquisition team on pre-hire activities
    • Assists with other tasks as required to support the Talent Acquisition team

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

      • Requires minimum 5 years Talent Acquisition or HR related work experience
      • Highly compliance driven organization where attention to detail is extremely important
      • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is Preferred
      • Experiencing working with candidates through the stages from offer accepted through first day activities
      • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
      • Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
      • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
      • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, high level of integrity and personal accountability

    EDUCATION

      • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
      • Associate's Degree : Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
      • or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
