    Jennie Joiner with The Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established and growing organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and improving hiring processes, while playing a key role in building strong teams and supporting organizational growth.


    Position Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages and drives the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and guide the hiring process from requisition through onboarding. This position plays a critical role in shaping a positive candidate experience, strengthening employer brand, and building talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs.


    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
    • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates
    • Maintain and update job descriptions
    • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide hiring recommendations
    • Support and enhance applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools


    Candidate Experience & Communication

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
    • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates
    • Ensure a professional, engaging, and positive candidate experience


    Onboarding & Orientation

    • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure completion of required documentation
    • Support and improve onboarding and orientation processes
    • Assist with or facilitate new hire orientation
    • Ensure new employees are set up for success with tools, resources, and information


    Employer Branding & Talent Strategy

    • Support initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract top talent
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles
    • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement


    Compliance & Administration

    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and organizational policies
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruiting activities


    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
    • Full-cycle recruiting experience with strong sourcing capabilities
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
    • High attention to detail and strong follow-through


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
    • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives
    • HR or recruiting certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)

    Work Environment & Schedule

    • 100% onsite role in Medford, OR (no remote or hybrid option) 
    • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Business casual environment
