    Description:

    Cooper Tacia General Contracting Company is a fast-growing commercial construction firm based in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Generalist to support the full cycle of the recruitment and hiring process across the organization. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment, and passionate about supporting leaders in building strong teams. This role partners closely hiring managers, the full HR team, and candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate hiring manager experience while maintaining compliance with internal processes and polices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Schedule and coordinate interviews from our Raleigh and Atlanta Office

    · Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate records and status changes

    · Assist in developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry

    · Source and screen candidates for various positions, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and estimators

    · Manage the recruitment cycle with support and mentorship, including job postings, candidate interviews, and offer negotiations

    · Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and help develop job descriptions

    · Conduct reference checks on potential hires

    · Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction recruitment

    · Contribute to process improvement and candidate experience initiatives

    · Support marketing department in employer branding initiatives, including social media presence, career fairs, and community outreach

    · Own all aspects of the Onboarding and New Hire Orientation process

    · Assist HR with other tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    · 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination (internships included).

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Proficiency in using or willingness to learn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

    · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $55,000-60,000 Per year Benefits:

    · 100% Employer Paid Health, Vision & Dental Insurance for employee
