A leading national developer and operator of large-scale infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for critical construction and development positions that support complex, multi-regional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Project Managers, Project Directors, and Master Schedulers.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future project needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, project timelines, and business objectives.
Source talent creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, trade associations, and referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical fit and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR teams and Compensation teams to support offer development and negotiation.
Track key recruiting metrics and provide updates to hiring managers and leadership.
Stay current on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent insights in the construction space.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on construction, engineering, or real estate development roles.
Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and related talent needs (preferred).
Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality candidate experience.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Paycor or Workday.
