Job Description
Ward Law Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own and scale the firm’s recruiting function. This role is responsible for building a high-volume, efficient, and data-driven recruiting operation , with full ownership of SmartRecruiters, recruiting analytics, and process optimization.
This individual will partner closely with leadership to support hiring plans, grow the recruiting team, and ensure recruiting operations scale alongside firm growth.

Salary : $115,000 to $135,000 per year commensurate with experience
