    We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Knutson Construction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage, hire, and welcome diverse talent that supports our company's growth and culture. You will own full cycle recruiting efforts, build meaningful candidate relationships, and help deliver an exceptional experience from sourcing through onboarding.     **Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Manager on defining roles, and deploying effective sourcing strategies.
    • Research and implement innovative methods for attracting both active and passive candidates.
    • Continuously develop networks & partnerships to actively build diverse candidate pipelines.
    • Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering a personalized, high-touch experience for candidates across field and office roles.
    • Support the coordination and execution of Early Talent programs that successfully promote intern and new graduate opportunities.
    • Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including job boards, campus connections, social networks, and community boards.
    • Represent Knutson at recruiting events (i.e., college career fairs) to effectively highlight Knutson's people-focused culture and broad career opportunities.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to deliver a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience that ensures new hires feel supported, valued, and prepared for success from day one.
    • Present and/or coordinate presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase student and faculty awareness of Knutson and available career opportunities.
    • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote Knutson's referral program and opportunities for employees to be actively involved in our Campus Champs and Intern Connect programs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and respectful communication at every stage of the hiring process.
    • Conduct regular feedback meetings with managers to achieve efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
    • Provide coaching and support to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensure job descriptions are current, and assist with the offer process to support a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
    • Collaborate with our HR team in support of various initiatives and programs.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • Occasionally participate in activities outside normal business hours (e.g., career fairs, presentations, networking events).
    • Understand and model Knutson's commitment to a Zero Incident Safety Culture and clearly communicate Knutson's expectations and focus on safety.

    Desired Education and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in leading successful talent acquisition results (experience in construction or related industries a bonus).
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, organizational development (or related field of study) preferred but not required

    Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques and methods to create a broad reach for qualified candidates, including strong experience in digital/online recruiting methods.
    • Ability to effectively communicate Knutson's purpose, people-focused culture, and values.
    • Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
    • Skilled in computer and systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet-based tools & systems, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
    • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
    • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, and trustworthiness.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions.
    • Willing and able to travel occasionally to project sites and other office locations as needed.

    This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement, and the role is based in our Minneapolis, MN office

    Projected Minimum Base Salary per year $82,000

    Projected Maximum Base Salary per year $110,000
