Position Summary
As Talent Acquisition Lead for our North Texas Divisions (North Texas), you will build a recruiting engine aligned with Southland’s enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy. You will directly manage a team of Recruiters who own and are accountable for a defined set of requisitions; your leadership, training, and growth of that team is essential, and you will be measured on its performance and delivery. As the face of Talent Acquisition for these divisions, you will work closely and transparently with senior division leaders — leading workforce planning, sharing hiring metrics and plans, and keeping recruiting strategy aligned to the direction of the business so you can adjust it proactively as hiring volume shifts throughout the year. In partnership with our centralized sourcing team, you will lead the Recruiters to grow the volume of qualified candidates and increase hiring velocity, while upholding our People First commitment to an exceptional candidate and employee experience. This role is based out of our Carrollton office, where consistent in-office time in all North TX divisions is critical to building the strong relationships the role depends on.
