About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and partners with our business stakeholders to understand their growth strategies and ensure we attract and hire the right talent, at the right velocity, to ensure Sibylline’s success is driven forward. This will involve supporting our embedded security and intelligence operations and other business support functions as required, meaning strong collaborative skills are essential to the role.
The Talent Acquisition Partner has proven recruitment experience gained from working in both a corporate and agency setting and is responsible for providing a 360-recruitment service to our business; this will include forecasting recruitment needs with our business leaders, developing and implementing talent sourcing initiatives, and interviewing and negotiating with candidates. Ultimately, they will guide us to the right talent and help that talent to find us. Additionally, they will play an integral role in developing and scaling Sibylline’s Talent Acquisition strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior HR Business Partner and business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with Sibylline's growth objectives and ensure activities enable business success.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on labour market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and survey data to facilitate organizational growth.
- Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers during recruitment processes and coach stakeholders to maintain core principles and employer reputation.
- Deliver ongoing reporting on open vacancy status to HR teams and hiring managers while establishing priorities during high-volume recruitment periods.
- Proactively build and maintain social media networks, communities, and talent pipelines to source high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline ATS workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency in candidate screening and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for comprehensive talent sourcing.
- Utilize creative talent acquisition approaches including Boolean search strings and engaging job advertisements that attract rather than deter candidates.
- Reject passive "post and pray" methodologies in favour of proactive, targeted talent identification and engagement strategies.
- Establish yourself as the trusted and knowledgeable advisor, providing recommendations to the Senior Leadership and hiring managers for all aspects of talent attraction, acquisition initiatives, technology and trends.
- Continuously explore and implement new sourcing channels and advertising methods, where appropriate to develop diverse candidate pipelines.
- Adopt and promote best-in-class usage of evolving talent acquisition technology stack and nurturing relationships with potential external service suppliers to attract and enhance optimal talent matches and capabilities
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools that enhance recruiter productivity, improve candidate matching, and reduce manual administrative tasks.
- Serve as Sibylline ambassador, embodying company culture and core values while delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
- Produce monthly report for Senior Leadership highlighting recruitment metrics, including time to hire and time to fill.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- ATS mastery (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, SmartRecruiters) with an advanced understanding of filtering, pipeline automation, custom fields, reporting dashboards and configurations.
- strong understanding of LinkedIn and how it functions. You should be comfortable using the Recruiter search function.
- Collaborative approach across stakeholders at all levels of the business with analytical, process, and execution recruiting full life cycle skills.
- Proven background of directly sourcing candidates using methods such as networking, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/Google Scholar, job boards, CRM pools and x-ray searches.
- Good IT and configuration skills and an interest in how data and AI can help you work more efficiently for sourcing, outreach drafting, resume summarization, and scheduling.
- Curious, dedicated, and learn from your mistakes and pride yourself in providing the best level of service that you can give.
- Proven interest in people and what makes them tick. Ideally, you’ll be comfortable working with C and E level stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Strong use of Teams/Slack, project trackers (Asana/Jira/Monday), and shared documents for visibility and alignment.
