    The Opportunity

    The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities across assigned roles and departments. This role places a strong emphasis on proactive recruitment—actively sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applications—alongside screening, interview coordination, candidate experience, onboarding support, and recruitment operations. The Talent Acquisition Partner also maintains an active, professional presence on social media and professional networking platforms to build talent pipelines and strengthen Vitra Health's visibility as an employer of choice.

    This position is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely, compliant, and effective hiring processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

    Essential Functions

    • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and support full-cycle recruitment , including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
    • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach while building talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles.
    • Conduct resume reviews and initial screenings; coordinate interviews, reference checks, and hiring logistics.
    • Serve as the primary candidate contact, maintaining timely communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate onboarding with HR and hiring managers, ensuring completion of new hire documentation, compliance requirements, and orientation.
    • Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate flow.
    • Support job fairs, career events, employer branding, LinkedIn/social media outreach, and other talent attraction initiatives.
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws, healthcare hiring requirements, background checks, and credential verification standards.
    • Support HR projects, process improvements, team development, and mentoring as assigned by HR leadership.
    • Serve as a Vitra Health brand ambassador , reflecting the organization's mission, values, compassion, and commitment to diversity. Fosters a culture of customer service and commitment to quality care
    • Shows a genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve and commitment to the diversity of our clients and team members
    • Mentor and supports team members
    • Complete other tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related human resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated skill in proactive recruitment, including direct sourcing, cold outreach, and engagement of passive candidates (required).
    • Demonstrated proficiency with professional social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, and comparable networking platforms), including the ability to build and maintain a professional online presence and use these platforms for candidate outreach and employer branding (required).
    • Working knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and talent acquisition processes.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and documentation.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an HR team.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and candidate service orientation.

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    • Office-based work in a clean well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures near others.
    • Client-facing field staff and community liaisons require frequent travel to client homes or community settings; ability to drive safely; work in client homes may involve varying temperatures, odors, allergens, pets, and other environmental factors.
    • Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
    • Requires lifting and carrying equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; requires pushing and pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds; requires walking and standing; requires frequent sitting more than 75% of the workday; requires the ability to negotiate stairs; requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
