    Role Overview

    As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you'll serve as a trusted recruitment partner to our clients, providing full-cycle recruiting support across a range of industries and roles. You'll also contribute to our proactive sourcing efforts, identifying top talent before positions are even open.

    This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys both the strategic and tactical sides of recruiting.

    Key Responsibilities

    **Sourcing & Pipeline Development **

    • Identify and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, niche job boards, social media, creative sourcing tactics and your own network.
    • Maintain an organized talent pipeline for high-demand roles.
    • Provide market intelligence and candidate insights.
    • Offer strategic recommendations based on hiring trends and candidate feedback.

    Full-Cycle Recruitment

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire.
    • Represent our brand and client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or RPO).
    • Proven success filling roles across various industries and levels.
    • Comfort and professionalism in working directly with candidates.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Tech-savvy: comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and collaborative tech.
