    Job Description

    What you’ll do

    • Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
    • Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy
    • Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market
    • Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals
    • Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer
    • Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency

    Additional Information

    Office Workplace Guidelines: Hybrid – New York City Headquarters

    • This high-visibility position requires presence in Sia’s New York office headquarters 3+ days per week.

    • Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
