    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer

    Compensation: $28.07 - $33.68 per hour

    About the Role:

    The Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for roles across the organization, with a primary focus on restaurant leadership and other support roles. This role partners closely with Field Recruiters and other TA team members to build strong candidate pipelines that reflect Din Tai Fung’s brand, culture, and operational needs. The Sourcer plays a key role in executing sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive talent.

    Responsibilities:

    Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking

    Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

    Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates for fit and interest, and schedule next steps

    Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings

    Track sourcing metrics and pipeline activity in the ATS

    Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts

    Participate in hiring events and new restaurant openings as needed

    Job Requirements:

    2–4 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR support

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in LinkedIn and major job boards

    Highly organized with strong time management

    Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., UKG, Phenom, or similar)

    Preferred Requirements:

    Hospitality or retail industry experience

    Knowledge of sourcing strategies for high-volume or hourly roles

    Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

    Essential Functions:

    Occasionally attend events

    Comfortable communicating across teams and departments

    Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

    Be available for occasional visits to other restaurant locations as needed to support projects, training, or operational alignment

    Special Requirements:

    May require occasional travel for hiring events or team meetings

    May require flexible hours to accommodate time zones and candidate availability
