    Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Services and Solutions
    Department: Human Resources
    Reports To: Project Manager, Group CBS
    Status: Full Time, Exempt

    Job Summary

    Recruit highly skilled technical talent, including NETA certified technicians, for Group CBS technical services companies. This role partners with hiring managers to source, assess, and onboard candidates who support testing, maintenance, and commissioning services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop recruiting strategies for technical and field service roles
    • Source candidates through job boards, networking, trade groups, events, and direct outreach
    • Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, experience, and culture fit
    • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
    • Support employer branding at job fairs, industry events, and recruiting campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of NETA standards and technician certification levels preferred
    • Experience recruiting for technical, electrical, industrial, or power services roles
    • Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship building skills
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
    • Willingness to travel occasionally

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
    • Experience recruiting NETA certified technicians or similar technical talent strongly preferred

    Work Schedule

    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional time may be required based on business needs.

    Work Environment

    Professional office environment with occasional travel to events or company sites.

    This position has no direct reports. Duties may change based on business needs. Employment is at will.
