Ultimately, an outstanding Entry Level Recruiter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hiring process, including ways in which to garner employees interest in meeting with our hiring manager. Entry Level Recruiter Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our hiring process.
Generating interest from prospective employees
Ability to answer basic questions about our current job openings
Scheduling an information meeting between the prospective employee and hiring team
Keeping a detailed log of leads, including those which were not scheduled
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Entry Level Recruiter Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literate and high level of organization
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Available to work both in office and remote
