Description of Duties:
We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the connector between exceptional talent and exciting career opportunities — helping us attract, engage, and hire the best professionals to fuel our company’s success. You’ll partner closely with internal managers, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and play a key role in shaping our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs.
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications, culture fit, and alignment with company values.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive salaries, and recruiting best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, social recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS, PrismHire).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for people, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.

Working Schedule:
Hybrid in local Indianapolis, IN.
Primarily remote with onsite presence for key meetings and company gatherings.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
