    The Role

    • Own the Process: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for salaried roles, from initial kick-off to the final offer.
    • Be a Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and long-term team goals.
    • Source Smarter: Go beyond job boards. Use social media, networking, and niche databases to find "passive" talent.
    • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a professional and engaging experience.
    • Data-Driven: Track your metrics to help us sharpen our hiring strategy and stay competitive in the market. 

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in full-lifecycle corporate recruiting (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
    • A track record of hiring salaried professionals (Engineering, Ops, Management).
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
    • People Skills: The ability to build instant rapport with both a shop floor manager and a C-suite executive.
    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
