We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction and contracting company. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and operations positions during a time of significant growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
Partner with managers to meet high-volume hiring needs
Build pipelines of talent while supporting HR programs
Help shape the TA function and grow with the company
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus)
Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills
Experience with ATS/HRIS (iCIMS a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
