We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction and contracting company. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across corporate and operations positions during a time of significant growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers

• Partner with managers to meet high-volume hiring needs

• Build pipelines of talent while supporting HR programs

• Help shape the TA function and grow with the company

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus)

• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills

• Experience with ATS/HRIS (iCIMS a plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
